On the 25th of May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) legally came into force.
As a company who holds personal data relating to you or your business, we are legally obliged to inform you of what data we hold for yourselves and how it will/will not be used. We hold your information within our sales enquiry and accounting systems, this information includes:
- Business name and or personal name
- Business or personal addresses
- Telephone numbers
- Email addresses
- VAT number
- Bank details (if you are a regular supplier)
Information about you or your business is also automatically archived on our internal systems and is only accessible at Owner level. We only hold data relating to your business to enable us to trade with you and for general communication with you or your employees. Our company will never pass on or sell this information. Please keep this letter for your records.
